Flecha vs Arc

Flecha was built by an Arc user, to keep Arc’s interface after The Browser Company sunsets Arc on December 22, 2026. Both are Chromium browsers with a vertical sidebar, so most of your habits carry over. This page lists what’s the same and what isn’t.

  • Sidebar and Spaces. A vertical sidebar with favorites, pinned tabs with folders, and Today tabs, in Spaces you switch with ⌃1–9 or a two-finger swipe.
  • Pinned tabs come back. Closing a pinned tab unloads it and sends it back to its pinned address.
  • Today tabs archive themselves, after 12 hours by default, and the archive is searchable.
  • Peek. Links from pinned tabs and favorites open in a floating card.
  • Split view, two pages side by side.
  • Little Arc → Flechinha. Links from other apps open in a small window.
  • Boosts. Your own CSS and scripts for any site.
  • Chrome extensions from the Chrome Web Store.
  • Most keyboard shortcuts match: ⌘T, ⌘S, ⇧⌘C, ⌘D.

Flecha imports Arc’s sidebar: Spaces with their names and emoji, pinned tabs and folders, unpinned tabs as Today tabs, favorites and history. Passwords, cookies, archived tabs, Easels and Boosts stay behind.

Do it before December 22, while Arc still opens, so you can check nothing is missing side by side.
