The short version
- Flecha is free, open-source software. The license in the repository governs the code.
- It comes as is, without warranties. Use it responsibly and keep backups.
- Websites, extensions, Boosts and agents you use are your choice and under your control.
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the flecha.dev website and to the official Flecha builds published by OPrimoDev. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
2. The software and its license
Flecha's source code is published at github.com/lucianodiisouza/flecha-browser under the license in that repository. Flecha is built on Chromium and includes other open-source components, each under its own license. Where these terms and an open-source license differ about the code, the license wins.
3. Using Flecha
- Use Flecha and this website only in lawful ways and in line with the terms of the websites and services you visit.
- You control what runs in your browser. Extensions, Boosts and connected coding agents can read and change pages, and agents with full access can click, type and run code in your tabs. Enable them only if you trust them.
- Flecha keeps your data on your Mac. Keeping backups of it is your responsibility.
4. No warranty
Flecha is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors. Browsing involves risks such as malicious sites and data loss.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, OPrimoDev and Flecha's contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from the use of Flecha or this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
6. Third-party services
Flecha lets you reach websites and services run by others, such as Google, the Chrome Web Store, GitHub and your search engine. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Names and trademarks
“Flecha” and the Flecha icon identify the official project. If you distribute a modified version, please give it a different name and icon so people can tell it apart from official builds. Arc is a trademark of The Browser Company; Chrome and Chromium are trademarks of Google LLC. Flecha is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. The history of changes is public in the website's repository.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live.
